The journey began with a simple idea sparked by Carolina’s husband Carlos to develop the most efficient and premium cloud kitchen in Puerto Rico. The Sandwich Lab is exclusively available through delivery apps and for pick-up at our locations, bringing our innovative creations straight to your doorstep.

Was carefully designed by Chef Roberto and meticulously reviewed by their mother Yoly – an accomplished chef and entrepreneur herself.
